“Ignite the Roar” was the Homecoming and Family Weekend 2025 theme—and the entire Buffalo State community roared as one as the university celebrated all things Buffalo State during a full week of exciting events and activities.
Highlights included the inaugural Homecoming Chess Tournament, Poetry Slam at the Planetarium, Midnight Madness Recreation Night and 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, Alumni Welcome Back Reception, Benji’s Block Party, and, of course, the Homecoming tailgate and football game.
